My Review: ★★★★★Torrent is the best book in The River of Time series by Lisa T Bergren. Now the group takes on final battles, and wars, and makes choices that will test their relationships, and their futures. Much time as passed since the girls left this medieval world, but their men are still longing and waiting for them to return. Review 2: My Overview:Gabi and Lia have now not only brought their mother into their fourteenth century world, but now they have managed to travel back and save their father, and bring him back with them as well. Who wouldn't want a Marcello of their own? I finished Cascade last night, started Torrent straight away, and when I finally teared the book away at 3 am, I dreamt of myself in a medieval world.
I said five stars because it was amazing. However, they never spent any time together learning who each other was.Another confusing thing was the brotherhood thing. Yeah, it was romantic and I found myself wishing I could travel time to meet my own hot guy. However we finally got to see Gabriella and Marcello have some bonding moments.
Or maybe it's just my love for this series? I see there are other books in the series, and while my library doesn't have the others, I hope I can find them soonTorrent, was all action, battle after battle after battle. Yes the battle had ended, but I felt like it had left off in the middle of a moment. To be honest I didn't feel like it had ended very well. Review 1: I read waterfall, cascade and torrent in one big go.
